I originally scanned the lineart for this on the 27th August last year.
and I only just finished it! I was only able to work on it on and off, so I'm not really surprised, but I learnt so much doing this  I'm not even going to start thinking about how many hours of work went into it! Unfortunately, because the lineart is old, it's a bit different from the style I'm surrently drawing in (not that I've got the time to produce anything worth uploading at the moment!) and also has so many things wrong with it. There are parts that I look at and cringe. The colours also irritate me D: I failed to use my own light source. What a loser. Anyway, because I rather love the art for Air Gear, and it's a great manga. Except for all the fanservice. I wanted to draw all the boys but decided on just three XD I never manage to have a favourite character, I like too many of them! |
